What is the best site to find cheap flights?

Google Flights is the best free tool for finding cheap flights. Its date grid and price graph show the cheapest days at a glance, and price tracking emails you when fares drop. Skyscanner searches more small airlines and budget agencies. Book with the airline directly when the price is the same; changes and refunds are much easier.
